Cooking Instructions (from Refrigerated): Thaw product prior to cooking. Stove Top: 1. Break pork sausage into pieces in large nonstick skillet. 2. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, for 12 - 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Refrigerate leftovers immediately. For food safety and quality, pork is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F, and no longer pink. Always use a digital cooking thermometer to test for doneness. Keep refrigerated or refreeze. Freshness is assured in unopened packages until the date stamped on package. If frozen, use within 6 months.
