Cooking Instructions: Keep unopened bag in freezer until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze. If any tortellini are frozen together do not separate. Stove Top (Recommended): 1. Boil 4 quarts of water (optional: add 1 tbsp prevent sticking). 2. Add tortellini to boiling water. 3. Cook uncovered for 2-3 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. 4. Drain and serve with desired sauce and cheese. Microwave (1200 Watt): 1. Place 1 cup of tortellini in a microwaveable dish. 2. Add 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce, cover. 3. Heat on high power for 4-5 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring halfway. 4 Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Caution: Product and container may be hot. Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions may need adjusting. For food safety and quality, product is fully cooked when it reaches and internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Perishable.
