Directions

Cook thoroughly. Microwave Heating Instructions: (Instructions are based on 1100W microwave oven [Cooking times may vary according to appliance; insure food reaches 165 degree F before serving.]) 1. Remove bowl from carton, peel film on an edge to vent. 2. Microwave on high power for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave. Peel back film, stir product well (careful - product will be hot!). 3. Lightly replace film, microwave on high power for 2 minutes or until product reaches 165 degree F. 4. Let stand for 1 minute, stir and serve. Do not refreeze after thawing and/or heating. Keep frozen.
