Directions

Cooking Instructions: Keep unopened bag in freezer until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Stove Top: 1. Place desired amount of frozen whole edamame into 1/4 to 1/2 cup boiling water. 2. Bring to boil again, stirring gently. 3. Reduce heat. 4. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until tender. 5. Drain, if necessary. 6. Season to taste and serve. Microwave: 1. Place 16 oz of frozen Whole Edamame in a microwave safe dish. 2. Add 2 tablespoons of water and cover. 3. Cook on high: 4-1/2 to 5 mins; Stir and cook on high for an additional: 4-1/2 to 5 mins; Allow to stand for: 5 mins. Caution: Product and container may be hot. 4. Season to taste and serve. Refrigerate leftovers immediately. Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions may need adjusting. For food safety and quality, product is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.
