Cooking Instructions: Keep unopened bag in freezer until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Stove Top: 1. Place desired amount of frozen petite peas 1/4 cup boiling water. 2. Bring to boil again, stirring gently. 3. Reduce heat. 4. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until tender. 5. Drain, if necessary. 6. Season to taste and serve. Microwave: 1. Place 16 oz of frozen petite peas in a microwave safe dish. 2. Add 2 tablespoons of water and cover. 3. Cook on high 4-1/2 - 5 mins. Stir and cook oh high for an additional 4-1/2 - 5 mins. Allow to stand for 5 mins. Caution: Product and container may be hot. 4. Season to taste and serve. Microwave cooking time may vary depending on the particular appliance used. Refrigerate leftovers immediately. For food safety and quality, product is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.
