Microwave 4-6 minutes from frozen. Do not open bag before cooking. Caution: Bag will be hot. This side up. Cooking Instructions: Keep unopened bag in freezer until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Microwave: 1. Do not pierce or open the bag. 2. Place this side up in the microwave. 3. Cook on high 4-6 mins. Caution: Product and bag may hot. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate as the steam forms. A whistling sound may be hears as the steam escapes through the vent in the bag. 4. After cooking. Remove the bag from the microwave and let stand for 1 minutes. Carefully open the bag and pour vegetables from the bag. 5. Season to taste the serve. Stove Top: 1. Bring 1/4 cups water to a boil in a 2 quart saucepan. 2. Add contents of bag and return to boil. Reduce heat to medium. 3. Cover and boil gently for 5-7 minutes or until tender. 4. Stir once during cooking time. 5. Drain, if necessary. 6. Season to taste and serve. Refrigerate leftovers immediately. For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.
