Babies are messy. So we made our system as easy as 1 - 2 - 3 - 1. Tear: Each day empty one packet into any food such as baby oatmeal, puree, yogurt, apple sauce or whatever your baby likes to eat. 2. Mix: Stir the Ready, Set, Food! powder into the food until it mixes in fully. 3. Feed: Feed your baby their yummy food as you normally do. If you miss a day, simply resume the next day.
