1. Ready. Scoop the amount of cereal your child eats into a bowl. Add breast milk, formula or water and stir to desired consistency. (The introductory feeding should be about 3 tbsp of oatmeal and 2-3 tbsp of liquid.) 2. Set. Server as is or heat until warm to the touch, mix thoroughly to ensure an even temperature throughout.
