Street Taco Blend: Shopping List: 2 lbs ground meat (beef, lamb, turkey). 3/4 cup tomato sauce or water. Taco shells or tortillas. Your favorite toppings (we love sharp Cheddar, sour cream, crunchy lettuce and tomatoes). Directions: 1. Brown the meat in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook, breaking up and stirring, until it is no longer pink; drain fat if desired. 2. Whisk the Original Taco Seasoning into 3/4 cup tomato sauce or water and pour over the meat. Bring the mixture to a lively simmer, stirring often, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered, until fragrant and thickened, 4-5 minutes. 3. Serve the meat in warm taco shells or tortillas with your favorite toppings.
