Keep frozen. Cooking directions. Microwave 1) Place artichoke hearts in microwaveable dish. 2) Cover & microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes*, stir halfway through cooking. (Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking time accordingly). Stovetop 1) Place artichoke hearts in saucepan. Add 1/4 cup water. 2) Bring water to full boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium. 3) Cover & cook 5 to 6 minutes*, stirring occasionally. 4) Uncover and cook 2 more minutes*. 5) Drain. *For food safety and best quality cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F.
