For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep frozen. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. This is an uncooked product. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F and until juices are no longer red. Under the Broiler: Cook frozen patties in preheated broiler for 6 minutes until 160 degrees F internal temperature and until juices are no longer red. In the Frying Pan: Place frozen patties in preheated fry pan over medium-high heat and cook 3 minutes then turn and cook for 3 minutes until 160 degrees F internal temperature and until juices are no longer red. Outdoor Grill: Preheat gas grill at 350 degrees F or when charcoal turns white. Cook frozen patties 6 to 9 minutes on one side or until the juices come to the surface. Turn and cook 4 to 6 minutes until 160 degrees F internal temperature and until juices are no longer red. Keep frozen.
