Marshmallow Treats: Makes 24 squares; Ingredients: 1/4 cup butter; 4 cups mini marshmallows; 5 cups crispy rice cereal; Directions: 1. Melt butter in a large sauce pan over low heat; 2. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and well-blended; 3. Cook 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly; 4. Remove from heat; 5. Add cereal, stir until well coated; 6. Using wax paper, press mixture evenly and firmly in buttered 13x9 inch pan; 7. Let cool for 20 minutes. Cut into 2x2 inch squares; 8. Store leftovers in an airtight container. Store in a cool dry place away from all sources of heat or moisture. Reclose bag to keep marshmallows soft.
