Directions

Brownie things you'll need: Butter or Oil (1/2 cup) + Water (3 tbsp) + Eggs (2). Instructions: Makes 16 brownies. Heat: oven to 400 degree F for a light-colored pan, 375 degree F for a dark-colored or glass pan. Grease: pan, set aside. Mix: the melted butter or oil and water together in a large bowl. Note: if using melted butter or melted coconut oil, let cool slightly before adding. Whisk: int he eggs. Add: Baking mix and stir until well combined. Spread: evenly into prepared pan; smooth top. Bake: 25 minutes for 8 in x 8 in pan or 20 minutes for 9 in x 9 in pan. Let cool before cutting. Save for another day!
