Baking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F for conventional or 340 degrees F for convection. 2. Place on a non-stick or parchment-lined cookie sheet 2-inches apart and sprinkle with sugar. 3. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes, until the surface of the cookies are rounded and edges are slightly brown. 4. Cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheet and then transfer cookies to wire rack. Baker's Tips: Place frozen cookie dough in fridge one day before baking to save time. Ovens may vary-watch cookies during baking time and adjust temperature as needed. Do not consume raw cookie dough. Use safe food handling procedures. Keep frozen for up to 6 months. May be refrigerated up to 3 days.
