Cooking Instructions: Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add one teaspoon of salt and meat of your choice (chicken, pork or beef). Season to taste with onion, chili peppers, parsley, coriander and leek. Add the La Fe Sancocho vegetables and boil for 20 minutes or until tender. Keep frozen.
