Preparation Instructions: 1. Moisten pork chops with water. Shake off excess. 2. Using chart below, measure mixture into shaker bag or onto plate. 3. Shake and coat 1 or 2 chops at a time with mixture. Discard any remaining mixture in shaker bag or on plate. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. After following preparation instructions above, bake on ungreased or foil-lined 15 x 10 inch metal baking pan until cooked through, using chart below. Do not cover. Do not turn chops. 2 envelopes inside - each envelope coats up to 8 pork chops. 2 to 3-1/2 inch pork chops (Bake thicker chops 5-15 minutes longer. Refrigerate leftovers immediately); 1/4 envelope coating mixture; 20 min bake at 425 degrees F with bone; 15 min bake at 425 degrees F boneless. 4 to 5-1/2 inch pork chops (Bake thicker chops 5-15 minutes longer. Refrigerate leftovers immediately); 1/2 envelope coating mixture; 25 min bake at 425 degrees F with bone; 15 min bake at 425 degrees F boneless. 6 to 8-1/2 inch pork chops (Bake thicker chops 5-15 minutes longer. Refrigerate leftovers immediately); 1 envelope coating mixture; 30 min bake at 425 degrees F with bone; 20 min bake at 425 degrees F boneless. For food safety and quality, product is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Storage Instructions: Store dry mix in a cool dry place away from all sources of heat or moisture.
