Directions

1. Moisten chicken pieces (with or without skin) with water. Shake off excess. 2. Using chart below, measure mixture into shaker bag or onto plate. 3. Shake and coat 1 or 2 pieces at a time with mixture. Discard any remaining mixture in shaker bag or on plate. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. After following preparation instructions above, bake on ungreased or foil-lined 15 x 10 inch metal baking pan until cooked through, using chart below (bake times are same with or without skin). Do not cover. Do not turn chicken. 2 envelopes inside - each envelope coats up to 8 pieces (2-1/2 lbs with bone or 2 lbs boneless). 2 to 3 chicken pieces; 1/4 envelope coating mixture; 40 min bake at 400 degrees F with bone; 15 min bake at 400 degrees F boneless. 4 to 5 chicken pieces; 1/2 envelope coating mixture; 45 min bake at 400 degrees F with bone; 18 min bake at 400 degrees F boneless. 6 to 8 chicken peas; 1 envelope coating mixture; 50 min bake at 400 degrees F with bone; 20 min bake at 400 degrees F boneless. Refrigerate leftovers immediately. For food safety and quality, product is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Storage Instructions: Store dry mix in a cool dry place away from all sources of heat or moisture.
