Pudding will be soft-set and ready to serve within 5 mins. For Pie Filling: 1. Prepare as for pudding, using only 1-3/4 cups cold (2% reduced fat) milk and beating for 1 min. Mixture will be thin. 2. Pour at once into cooled, baked 8 inch pie shell. 3. Chill at least 1 hour. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
