Use & Care: Safe on gas, electric and inductive stove-tops, also ok to use in the oven and on the grill. Use oven mitts when handling cast iron cookware. Use oil or butter until seasoning is built up. Hand wash only then towel dry immediately. To avoid rusting, season your cast iron cookware after each use.
