1. Shake well. Align arrow on nozzle with red dot on rim. 2. Hold can about 6 inches from unheated surface to be sprayed, and away from heat source, sparks or flame. 3. Sprays a light coating over entire area to be used. A 1 second spray covers a 10 inches skillet. For best results heat pan before adding food. Tips: 1. Rinse nozzle with warm water if clogged; dry. 2. If can does not dispense properly, hold under warm running water for 10-15 seconds. Repeat as needed. Shake well. Point arrow towards dot. Storage Instructions: Coconut oil naturally solidifies at colder temperatures. Store at room temperature 68 degrees - 75 degrees F. Do not refrigerate. Do not store at temperatures above 120 degrees F. Keep out of reach of children.
