Cook thoroughly. For food safety & quality, cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F microwave ovens vary cooking time may need adjusting keep frozen until ready to use. Follow these cooking instructions Caution: product will be hot! Use care when removing film as hot steam may escape. Film may split during cooking. Do not reheat the plate. Do not prepare in conventional or toaster ovens. Microwave Oven. (1100 - watts): 1. Remove meal from carton. Do not pierce or remove fresh seal film. 2. Cook on high 3-1/2 minutes. It is normal for film to balloon. 3. Carefully peel back film using corner tab gently stir, lay fil back over plate. 4. Cook again on high 2-1/2 minutes. 5. Let stand for 2 - 3 minutes carefully remove film, stir and enjoy. Keep frozen.
