Microwave instructions for full bowl: 1. Remove plastic cover. 2. Remove metal lid and discard. 3. Replace plastic cover. 4. Place bowl in center of microwave oven. 5. Heat on high (100%) power for 30 seconds. 6. Stir. 7. Discard any leftovers. Bowl not intended for reuse. 8. If product is not heated or fed from the bowl, keep unused portion covered and refrigerated. Use within 2-3 days. Caution: Metal edges may be sharp. Contents are hot after heating, always test temperature before serving. This product should only be fed to seated, supervised children who are accustomed to chewing solid foods.
