For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meats and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Quick Thaw: Cold Water: Submerge inner sealed bag in cold tap water. Change the water every 30 minutes to continue thaw. Check for fully thawed product starting at one hour. Cooking Instructions: Caution: Do not cook in bag. Discard unused marinade. Grill: Recommended for best results. Place thawed meat over high heat and gril for 2-3 minutes on each side until meat is golden brown. Skillet: Preheat skillet to medium high heat. Cook each side of the meat for 3 minutes until brown. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (191 degrees C). 2. Bake on cookie sheet in center of oven for 10 minutes (5 minutes per side). 3. If desired, finish with broiler for 2-3 minutes or until meat is golden brown. (Follow cooking instructions to make sure the internal temperature of the ribs have reach 165 degrees F or higher as measured by a food thermometer). Keep frozen.
