Directions

Cooking Instructions: Apply 2 oz. of Royal Montego Oxtail Seasoning for every pound of meat. Marinate for at least two hours. Brown with oil under medium heat for 12 minutes. Add water to meat level. Cook until desired texture. Add 1 can of Royal Montego Butter Bean per 2 lb. of oxtail. Refrigerate after opening.
