Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven at 450 degrees F. Place chicken wings in a flat foiled line baking pain in a single layer. Cook on center rack, uncovered for 40 minutes (25 min from thaw) until internal temperature at the thickest part reaches 180 degree F. Preheat gas grill to medium heat. Place chicken wings directly on grates, grill for 15 minutes (10 min if thawed), flip the wings and grill for and additional 12 minutes until internal temperature at the thickest part reaches 180 degrees F. Table Top Fryer: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Place chicken wings in a fryer basket, careful not to over fill (about 6 pieces per basket). Fry for 16 minutes (11 min if thawed) until internal temperature at the thickest part reaches 180 degrees F. Keep frozen.
