Directions

Defrost before cooking - either run under warm water or defrost in refrigerator. To saute, heat 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil in a skillet on med-high heat. Add veggie noodles and season to taste. Stir occasionally and cook until softened. It's that easy - enjoy! For best results, rinse and drain noodles and pat dry before cooking. Keep frozen until use.
