1 oz + 1 lb meat + 1 cup water (cover meat) = Brine 6-12 hrs. Smokey with subtle heat. Instructions (Less than 5 min): 1. Completely thaw meat. 2. Place meat into sealable freezer bag. 3. For every 1 pound of meat, mix 1 oz. (half 1/3 cup) F.I.T. Brine with 1 cup of water. 4. Shake bag until spices and water are mixed. 5. In refrigerator, brine for 6-12 hrs. (Note: Depending on desired flavor intensity). 6. Drain water mixture from bag (Note: Retain residual herbs/spices on meat). 7. Cook meat (griII, saute, etc.).
