West Texas Rub Judge's Choice is blended to add true West Texas grilled flavor to beef, poultry and pork. Cover your grilling selection of meat lightly but completely. Sear on each side for approximately 2 minutes, then cook to desired temperature. Great when added to red beans for extra flavor.
