Remove frozen burgers from plastic wrap before cooking. Cooking times may vary. Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Skillet: Prepare a non-stick pan with cooking spray and pre-heat pan on low to medium heat. Cook burger for 4-5 minutes on each side. Grill: Preheat grill to 350 degrees F. Place frozen burger directly on grill and cook the first side for 5-6 minutes. Flip and cook for 6-7 minutes. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Put burger on a non-stick baking pan and heat for 7-8 minutes. Turn burger and heat for an additional 7-8 minutes. Toaster Oven: Broil on tray for 9-10 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 9-10 minutes. Keep frozen. Keep frozen prior to cooking.
