Cooking directions: Simmer: use soup vegetables in your favorite soup or chowder recipe. Defrosting is not necessary if selected recipe will simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Just add vegetables to other ingredients and simmer a minimum of 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave ovens: pour soup vegetables in 2-quart microwave-safe dish. Add water and cover. Microwave on high as directed on chart. Season to taste. Servings - 2 large - 6. Amount - 8oz - 16oz. Water - 2 tablespoons - 4 tablespoons. Cooking time* - 2 minutes. Stir and continue to cook 1 to 2 minutes - 5 minutes. Stir and continue to cook 4 to 5 minutes. *Microwave cooking times may vary from one oven to another. For best results, consult owners manual. Keep frozen until ready to use.
