Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Grilling: 1. Spray grill with non-stick cooking oil and preheat grill on a medium setting. 2. Remove steak tips from the package and place on grill. 3. Cook steak tips turning occasionally to avoid charring (Use a meat thermometer to ensure beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F, for 3 minutes. Cooking times are approximate. Appliances will vary). 4. Remove steak tips from the grill and place on a plate. 5. Let stand for 5 minutes prior to serving. Handle carefully when serving. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Remove steak tips from the package and place in oven safe dish lined with aluminum foil. 3. Cook for approximately 30-35 minutes (Use a meat thermometer to ensure beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F, for 3 minutes. Cooking times are approximate. Appliances will vary). 4. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes prior to serving. Handle carefully when serving. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
