Chicken and Rice: 1 2lb. Chicken cut up. 1 Pkg. Goya Pearl Rice. 2 Medium onions, chopped. 3 Cloves garlic, crushed. 5 tbsp. Goya olive oil. ½ Green pepper, chopped. ½ Can Goya tomato sauce. 1 Cup Goya white cooking wine. 2 pkg. Goya chicken bouillon in 1-1/2 cups boiling water. 1 Small can Goya sweet peas. 1 4oz. Can Goya pimentos. ½ pkg. Sazon Goya con azafran salt to taste. Saute onion, garlic and green pepper in oil. Add tomato sauce and ½ can peas with juice from can, the salt, chicken, bouillon, yellow coloring, and cook approximately ten minutes. Add washed rice and lower heat. Add 1 cup dry wine and simmer covered stirring occasionally until rice is tender. Garnish with reamainder of peas and pimentos. To retain vitamins do not rinse before or drain after cooking.
