Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions (For best results when breading or marinating Tyson individually frozen chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute): Stove Top: 1. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Oil or non-stick pan spray can be used to prevent sticking. 2. Place frozen chicken in skillet, cover pan and cook for 10 minutes. 3. Flip chicken, cover pan and cook for additional 10 minutes, or until minimum internal temperature measured using instant read thermometer reaches 170 degrees F. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Bake frozen fillets for 40 minutes or until minimum internal temperature measured using instant read thermometer reaches 170 degrees F. Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Adjust accordingly to ensure internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. Using a digital thermometer, cook to internal temperature of 170 degrees F to ensure fully cooked chicken. Keep frozen. Individually frozen.
