Keep refrigerated. Always cook sausage to 160 degrees F. Cooking instructions: indoor broiling: place sausage on broiler rack at least 7-9 inches below heating element and broil until golden brown (about 10-12 minutes each side). Serve and enjoy! Pan fry: heat a pan to medium temperature. Add 6 tablespoons water and place sausage in pan. Cover the pan, continue heating for 10-12 minutes, turning the sausage often. Remove the cover and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy! Storing cooked sausage cover the sausage or place in a closed container. Refrigerate and serve within 2-3 days.
