Direction: Use hot/boiled water. Yam flour - 1 cup, water - cups. 1. Bring water to a boil in a size pot, reduce heat, save half of water in a bowl. 2. Slowly pour pounded yam flour into the hot water on stove top, mix well, until lump free. 3. Add in the saved hot water to the mixture while stirring. 4. Cover and let cook on stove for five more minutes, stir occasionally to prevent lumps. 5. Remove from stove top, form into medium size balls.
