How to Prepare Nutri-Slim Tea: Prepare Tea with porcelain or glass utensils only. Use boiling water to get maximum results. Use one or two tea bags per cup. Pour boiling hot water (150 c/5.o z) over tea bag. Cover cup and allowed to steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Before serving stir well to fully release essence of herb. Take one cup twice a day after meals. Do not add sweetening agent.
