Directions

Keep frozen. Ready to cook. Cooking instructions: Storage: keep product frozen. Stove top: place frozen gnocchi from bag into 6 quarts of boiling water. Stir a few times to stop gnocchi from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Cook for approximately 4-5 minutes, as the gnocchi rise to the top of a rolling boil they are done. Continue to scoop floating gnocchi out and serve with you favorite sauce. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Note: cooking equipment may vary and cook time may require adjusting.
