Thawing Instructions: Cut open corner of vacuum pouches and place in refrigerator overnight. To quick thaw, remove from pouches, place in watertight bag, and run under cold water until thawed. Cooking Instructions: Bake: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place fillets on an oiled baking sheet and bake for 10-14 minutes. Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side. Pan Sear: Cook over medium heat in a lightly oiled pan for 4-6 minutes per side. Fish is ready when internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze.
