Convection: Conventional/Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place meatballs on baking sheet (no oil necessary) and cook 15 minutes or until crunchy. Microwave: Microwave: Cook 4 meatballs on high for 2 minutes. Stove Top: Heat a skillet with a teaspoon of oil, then add balls. Allow the balls to cook & brown slowly, for about 5 minutes or until crunchy. On a Buddha bowl. On a salad with your favorite dressing. On spiralized veggies. Keep frozen.
