From fridge to pan to plate in 10 minutes. 1. Drain water from the tofu and dry as much as possible with paper towel. 2. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil (optional) in nonstick pan. 3. Cook tofu on high heat until golden brown (about 3 minutes). 4. Add 6 oz cut vegetables of your choice (broccoli, carrots, snowpeas, etc). Cook about 2 minutes. 5. Reduce heat to low. Add contents of sauce packet and stir. Cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
