Cooking Instructions: For best results, cook from frozen. Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly. Cook until fish reaches minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen fish with topping on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake for 16-20 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Grill: Preheat grill to 425 degrees F. Using aluminum foil, make a tray with raised edges that is slightly larger than the fish. Place frozen fish with topping in the foil tray and place tray on grill. Grill with the cover closed for 16-20 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Keep frozen. Do no refreeze.
