Cooking Instructions (For best results when breading or marinating Tyson Individually Frozen Chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute) Thin Sliced Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: 1. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Oil or Non-stick pan spray can be used to prevent sticking. 2. Place frozen chicken in skillet, cover pan and cook for 10 minutes. 3.
