Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven (Preferred method): preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake frozen leg quarters for 80-85 minutes or until 180 degrees F internally. Thawed: 65-70 minutes. Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill frozen leg quarters, turning occasionally, until 180 degrees F internally. Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Adjust accordingly to ensure internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F. Using a digital thermometer, cook 180 degrees F to internal temperature of 180 degrees F to ensure fully cooked chicken. Keep frozen. Tear to open.
