Keep refrigerated until ready to cook. To Roast: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place breast side up on rack in shallow roasting pan. 3. Brush with melted butter. 4. Roast, uncovered, 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes (instant-read thermometer should reach 180 degrees F when inserted in thickest part of chicken or until internal juices run clear), basting frequently with butter.
