1. Place soup mix in pot and bring to a boil, then add your choice of meat. Shake well before opening. 2. Turn the heat to medium and skim the scum off the top. 3. Add the rest of the ingredients. Once everything is cooked through, serve and enjoy. Suggested Ingredients (Serves 3): chicken (legs or thighs) - 300 g (10.5 oz); chinese cabbage - 1/4 head (500 g [17.5 oz]); scallion - 1 (150 g [5.5 oz]); onion - 1/2 (125 g [4.5 oz]); mushrooms - 100 g (3.5 oz); tofu - 1 pack (270 g [9..5 oz]); chanko hot pot soup - 1 bag. Other Recommended Ingredients: salmon; sausages; boneless ham; spinach; pumpkin; potato; asparagus; lettuce. Nabe leftovers are also great! After opening, consume as soon as possible.
