Grilled Mahi Mahi Fillets PREP TIME: 10 Minutes COOK TIME: 10 Minutes SERVINGS: 6 Ingredients: 6 Fishermans Market Mahi Mahi Fillets 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp. fresh grated Ginger Root 1/4 cup Soy Sauce 1 tsp. fresh ground Pepper 1/4 cup Olive Oil 1 cup fresh Cilantro Leaves juice of 2 Lemons Cooking Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients except the fish into a food processor or blender and blend. 2. Allow the marinade to stand in a refrigerator overnight. 3. One hour before grilling, place the mahi mahi fillets in a shallow glass dish and pour the marinade over the fillets, turning the fish several times to coat. Marinate for one hour. 4. Place the fillets on a well-oiled grill grate over medium heat. 5. Cook for approximately 5 minutes on each side, basting the fish with remaining marinade until the fish is done.
