Hand crafted in small batches, our Tennessee high malts is made from four grains, including three select specialty malts, for a distinctly rich & complex character. Grant Mccracken head distiller. Mash Bill: Yellow corn, malted rye, caramel malted barley, & honey malted barley. Fermentation: Attemperated, 7 days. Cooperage: 53 gallon, toasted & charred oak barrels. Finish: 4000 gal oak solera barrel, charred. Filtration: Non-chill. Age: Greater than 2 years. Batch Size: 8-12 barrels. Barrel 91: Tennessee High Malt: Tennessee high malt is our rich, malt-forward approach to bourbon.
