Directions: Adults 12 years and over. AS a dietary supplement, add 1 tablespoon (15 g) into at least 10 fl. oz. (a big, full glass) of water and mix. Take before dinner or meals at least 2 times daily. If is suggested to have a daily intake of 2 to 4 tablespoon (15g ea.) Nopalina Colon Detox no more than 4 tablespoons daily.
