Prep Time: 3 minutes. Bake Time: 14-18 minutes. You Will Need: 1 package Popeyes Baking Mix, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1/2 stick softened butter, 3/4 cup of milk. 1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Brush cookie sheet with melted butter (save some for top of biscuits when doen). 2. Mix Popeyes Baking Mix and softened butter in large bowl, stir in milk until mixture forms a soft, lump-free dough. Drop dough by large tablespoonfuls on the buttered cookie sheet 2 to 3 inches apart. 3. Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Brush tops of biscuits with remaining melted butter. Remove from cookie sheet, serve warm and enjoy! Makes about 9 - 2 oz drop biscuits.
