Directions: Surface must be clean, dry and free of grease, oil and dirt. Increase adhesion by etching surface with sand paper. Brush, roll, dip or pour directly onto surface. Coat entire surface until all cracks and holes are completely filled. Apply additional coats as needed to increase thickness and to fill larger holes. Allow each coat to dry completely before adding additional coats. Allow 24 to 48 hours or more to dry. Covers up to 37.5 square feet.

Cured skin should be skimmed off and removed to prevent lumpy material. Always cover open containers during and after use. All cracks and holes must be completely filled and dry before testing product. If the treated area is wet or very soft, it will need more time to cure. Clean Up: Wet Flex Seal Liquid can be easily cleaned with a dry cloth or paper towel. Brushes and rollers can be cleaned with mineral Saints. Do not clean with water.
